How do I care for my MiiR drinkware?
To preserve the life of your product, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water. While some items are top-rack dishwasher safe, hand washing prevents damage to the powder coat finish and vacuum seal.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that customized or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for returns.
Does MiiR offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like thermal performance failure or broken welds, but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Are your products BPA-free?
Absolutely. All MiiR products are 100% BPA-free. We use medical-grade stainless steel and high-quality plastics to ensure your beverages remain safe and taste exactly as intended.
