We want you to love your MiiR products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unused drinkware and home goods in their original packaging. Please note that customized items and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original MiiR packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
